You will find the investment made when you purchase a kayak from EK goes well beyond the kayak itself - you have become part of a small kayaking family. We value these relationships & stand behind them with dignity & honesty. We will back up the workmanship of our expert manufacturers with attentive & prompt service. If you ever have a problem or question don’t hesitate to call us - you won’t talk to a machine or a bureaucrat, we are genuine paddlers & will answer your questions promptly. In the event damage occurs or a problem is found we will set up a quick evaluation process & do our best to fix your problem. Together we have chosen to paddle composite kayaks for the benefits they give us in performance & independence, however we must accept the possibility of damage, resulting from normal day to day wear & tear, or from unplanned accidents resulting from the overwhelming force of the sea. Please understand that not every damage is a warranty issue, & we cannot take responsibility for a paddler error. However as a paddler, we feel your pain, & will always do our best to get your boat back in perfect nick quickly & inexpensively. If you have any queries about about our committment to after sales service, speak to the owner of one of our boats, they are our best marketing proponents.......
